DR Vault Offsite Backup is owned and operated by Enterprise Data Solutions, Inc. (EDSI). DR Vault Offsite Backup is a service for backing up your personal or business
computer or server. This document describes the refund policy for cancelled accounts.

| When Can I Cancel My Account |
- Monthly customers may cancel at the end of any month by notifying us on the phone, in writing or via e-mail 5 business days before the end of your billing cycle. You will not receive any refund.
- Yearly customers may cancel at any time after the first month. You will receive a refund prorated for the number of days used.
